Improve Embedding WAMR guideline (#4263) (#4284)

Browse Source 
* Fix CMakeList example by adding -lm
* Add bh_read_file inclusion to CMakeList
* replace non-existing read_binary_to_buffer() to existing bh_read_file_to_buffer()
* add #include initialization
