LetoDMS is now SeedDMS

I had to change of LetoDMS and took SeedDMS. It is a smooth continuation
of LetoDMS. This initial version of SeedDMS will be able to update all
former versions of LetoDMS back to 3.0.0.
Run object check after upgrade
==============================
Once you have finished upgrading, you should log in as admin and run
the document and folder check. It will set the new database fields
for the checksum and filesize of a document version.
