Uwe Steinmann	b4ea1a922d	pass current document to pageNavigation() ... pageNavigation() still uses a global variable $document which is replaced by a parameter passed to the function. All calls of pageNavigation() needs a third parameter with the document.	2013-03-08 17:55:14 +01:00
