LetoDMS is now SeedDMS

I had to change the name of LetoDMS and took SeedDMS. It is a smooth
|
|
continuation of LetoDMS. This initial version of SeedDMS will be able
|
|
to update all former versions of LetoDMS back to 3.0.0.
|
|
|
|
Run object check after upgrade
|
|

|
|
|
|
Once you have finished upgrading, you should log in as admin and run
|
|
the document and folder check. It will set the new database fields
|
|
for the checksum and filesize of a document version.
|
|
|
|
Upgrading to new workflow engine
|
|
================================
|
|
|
|
If you decide to turn on the new workflow mode, then all your current
|
|
approvals and reviews will become invisible. They will not be deleted
|
|
but there is no way to access them anymore unless you switch back to
|
|
traditional mode. You can easily modell the old workflow with the new
|
|
workflow engine, but have to set up the transitions, states and actions
|
|
yourself. Please make sure there are no documents left with a pending
|
|
review or approval.
