Includes a number of updates to the Zephyr example, including removing a fair
amount of stale configuration. This is part of moving towards supporting WAMR
as a Zephyr module as described in #2782. Some functionality is removed as
part of this diff (e.g. AOT XTENSA support), but it had become stale while not
being actively maintained. It is anticipated that it (and AOT support for other
platforms) will be added back, along with CI support for ensuring they do not
become stale again.

- Provide a Dockerfile.old to fix issue of ESP32 custom linker scripts not working
properly with the newer version of Zephyr, as reported in #2263
- Provide a Dockerfile with newer Zephyr for other boards
- Update the corresponding document
Update the Zephyr document to provide more detailed instructions, and add info
about espressif toolchain too.
Add ESP32C3 (RISC-V) and Particle Argon boards support to the zephyr platform
sample. More boards are possible, but the script doesn't scale well and is to be
improved in future.
Add Dockerfile to kickstart a Zephyr development environment as it can be rather
confusing for new users.
