Update the VERSION argument <min> value. Or, use the <min>...<max> syntax to tell CMake that the project requires at least <min> but has been updated to work with policies introduced by <max> or earlier. Marcin Kolny	8c2dc1d011	Add unit tests for the tid allocator (#2519) ... Add simple infrastructure to add more unit tests in the future.
