Implement source debugging feature for classic interpreter and AOT:
- use `cmake -DWAMR_BUILD_DEBUG_INTERP=1` to enable interpreter debugging
- use `cmake -DWAMR_BUILD_DEBUG_AOT=1` to enable AOT debugging
