Added socket send and recv timeout options with implementation for posix platform.
This is part of a extending support for sockets in WASI. #1336.
Also add sample that sets and reads back the send and receive timeouts using
the native function binding.
The ns-lookup accepts domain names as well as suffixes, e.g.:
```
--allow-resolve=* # allow all domain names
--allow-resolve=example.com # only allow example.com name resolution
--allow-resolve=example.com --allow-resolve=*.example.com # allow example.com and its subdomains' name resolution
```
esp-idf: Make esp-idf support Libc WASI
1. Support to get WASM APP libs' DIR from upper layer
2. Add SSP support for esp-idf platform
3. Change the errno of readlinkat
Slightly changed the interface sock_addr_remote - since we already
have a `__wasi_addr_t` structure which is an union, there's no need
for passing length around - the address buffer will always have the
right length (i.e. max of all address families).
Slightly change the __wasi_sock_addr_local interface - since we already have
a `__wasi_addr_t` structure which is an union, there's no need for passing the
length around - the address buffer will always have the right length (i.e. max
of all address families).
Implement wasi_addr_resolve function.
Also slightly modify the interface to make it more accessible for the end user:
- replace port argument with the service - so the user can actually get the port for a given service if unknown
- introduce __wasi_addr_info_t and use it as a buffer for addresses, instead of generic buffer
- introduce __wasi_addr_info_hints_t so user can enable filtering on the syscall level (and therefore use smaller buffers for addresses)
- add max_size parameter for the API as an output - in case the number of addresses is bigger than the buffer size, user can repeat the call with bigger buffer
This change is very minimalistic, and it doesn't include the followings:
1. implementation of getaddrinfo in the lib-socket
2. sample application
Which are to be added in the following change #1336
The existing validation didn't work as expected; e.g. for address
pool: 8.8.8.8/24 the application had access to the 127.0.0.1 address (which
should not).
Fix the following warning introduced by the recent change.

Re-implement socket api send/recv in an atomic-like way, fix the return value

Refer to [Networking API design](https://github.com/WebAssembly/WASI/issues/370)
and [feat(socket): berkeley socket API v2](https://github.com/WebAssembly/WASI/pull/459):
- Support the socket API of synchronous mode, including `socket/bind/listen/accept/send/recv/close/shutdown`,
the asynchronous mode isn't supported yet.
- Support adding `--addr-pool=<pool1,pool2,..>` argument for command line to identify the valid ip address range
- Add socket-api sample and update the document
Fix __wasi_subscription_t structure definition inconsistent with wasi-libc
definition issue, reported by #961, tested with sleep, poll API and other
wasi cases on x86-64, x86-32 and arm32 targets.
Apply clang-format for core/iwasm/compilation and core/iwasm/libraries files.
Add wasm-c-api empty_imports sample to workflow test.
And enable triggering workflow when core/config.h changes.
Some libc APIs required by wasi native lib are missing in some Android API versions, only when the version >= 24, all APIs are supported. Add the missing APIs in android platform layer, leave them empty, report error and return failed if they are called. Also update CMakeLists.txt to enable libc wasi by default.

In some platforms, allocating memory with size 0 may return NULL but not an empty memory block, which causes runtime load, instantiate or execute wasm/aot file failed. We add checks to try to avoid allocating memory in runtime if the size is 0. And in wasm_runtime_malloc/free, output warning if allocate memory with size 0 and free memory with NULL ptr.
Also fix some coding style issues, fix handle riscv32 ilp32d issue, and fix several wasm-c-api issues.
