* clean(warnings): fix [-Wsign-compare] in zephyr_file
buf_len is a long unsigned int, while bytes_* can be negative due to error values.
We don't need to check bytes_* for negative value, as it was done during read/write op.
* clean(warnings): fix "MIN" redefined warning
Some platforms, like Zephyr, already define MIN and definition in WAMR cause
`warning: "MIN" redefined` warning.
Check if it was defined before, and do not redefine it.

* fix: zephyr sockets: fix get/set sockopt usages.
In multiple places, setsockopt is used when getsockopt shall be used, and vice-versa.
Additionally, pointer isn't checked correctly in two places, this commit fixes those as well.
Per man(7), most socket-level options utilize an int argument for optval. Use those for ttl.

* feat: zephyr sockets: implement missing networking functions
Some of the optvals are implemented by zephyr, some are missing.
Call the appropriate function and let set the retval based on that.

zephyr: Enable WASI support for file system and sockets on zephyr (#3633)
This work also implements the WASI support on Zephyr.
* Added os_is_* methods for stdin/stdout/stderr. Fixed issues in os_renameat
* Zephyr platform fixes for WASI sockets Addressed numerous of build warnings on Zephyr
* Updated `os_writev` to use `fwrite` for STDOUT/STDERR
* Temporarily reverted change to `writev` to work around an issue.
* Fixes: fstat, fstatat, and unlink
* Add initial support for directories in os_openat. Partial implementation — just avoids a hard fault.
* Directory support WIP. readdir works but I think we have a memory leak somewhere
* Fix: always use standard stream fds. Fix unlinkat and renameat. fd 0, 1, and 2 will always be supplied for standard streams. Unlinkat and renameat work exclusively based on supplied paths.
* Fix: use macro for free()
* Added a temporary workaround for issue identified in PR#4377
* Fixed reference to file descriptor and cleaned up dead/commented code.
Note that some comments haven't been addressed and will be fixed in the
further patches.

Add support for the [Zephyr Usermode](https://docs.zephyrproject.org/latest/kernel/usermode/index.html)
to the Zephyr port.
The following changes are applied:
- Fix `signbit`, check if it is defined already and only implement it, if not
- Introduce `sys_mutex` and `sys_sem` in favour of `k_mutex` and `k_sem`, when `CONFIG_USERMODE` is enabled
- Remove the installation of the `_stdout_hook_iwasm()` when `CONFIG_USERMODE` is enabled, otherwise this
causes MPU errors since the std hook is in the kernel space
- Add a thread name for debugging
For use with WAMR_BUILD_LIB_PTHREAD, add os_thread_detach,
os_thread_exit, os_cond_broadcast.

Use math functions only with `CONFIG_MINIMAL_LIBC=y`.
`CONFIG_PICOLIBC=y` or `CONFIG_NEWLIB_LIBC=y` provides math functions
that are used by wasm, and compilation fails when they are selected.

When running AOT code in Zephyr on STM32H743VIT6 without
CONFIG_CACHE_MANAGEMENT=y, a hard fault occurs, which leads to
SCB_CleanDCache().
It’s better to use the functions built into Zephyr.
Enhance the statistic of wasm function execution time, or the performance
profiling feature:
- Add os_time_thread_cputime_us() to get the cputime of a thread,
and use it to calculate the execution time of a wasm function
- Support the statistic of the children execution time of a function,
and dump it in wasm_runtime_dump_perf_profiling
- Expose two APIs:
wasm_runtime_sum_wasm_exec_time
wasm_runtime_get_wasm_func_exec_time
And rename os_time_get_boot_microsecond to os_time_get_boot_us.
Add an extra argument `os_file_handle file` for `os_mmap` to support
mapping file from a file fd, and remove `os_get_invalid_handle` from
`posix_file.c` and `win_file.c`, instead, add it in the `platform_internal.h`
files to remove the dependency on libc-wasi.

To allow non-POSIX platforms such as Windows to support WASI libc
filesystem functionality, create a set of wrapper functions which provide a
platform-agnostic interface to interact with the host filesystem. For now,
the Windows implementation is stubbed but this will be implemented
properly in a future PR. There are no functional changes in this change,
just a reorganization of code to move any direct POSIX references out of
posix.c in the libc implementation into posix_file.c under the shared
POSIX sources.
See https://github.com/bytecodealliance/wasm-micro-runtime/issues/2495 for a
more detailed overview of the plan to port the WASI libc filesystem to Windows.
And enable classic interpreter instead fast interpreter when llvm jit is enabled,
so as to fix the issue that llvm jit cannot handle opcode drop_64/select_64.
Implement XIP (Execution In Place) feature for AOT mode to enable running the AOT code inside AOT file directly, without memory mapping the executable memory for AOT code and applying relocations for text section. Developer can use wamrc with "--enable-indirect-mode --disable-llvm-intrinsics" flags to generate the AOT file and run iwasm with "--xip" flag. Known issues: there might still be some relocations in the text section which access the ".rodata" like sections.
And also enable ARC target support for both interpreter mode and AOT mode.

Fix sample littlevgl/guil build issues on zephyr platform, modify code of zephyr platform by adding some macros to control some apis to fit different zephyr version, and align to zephyr-v2.3.0 for sample littlevgl/gui as the latest zephyr version (>=v2.4.0) requires that the thread stack for the thread to create must be defined by macro but not allocating stack memory dynamically.
