feat(zephyr): v4.4 migration fixes/improvements 
Zephyr v4.4 has stricter compiler policies. This commit fixes following:
- fix implicit casting errors
- fix IPV6 related typos/variables/structures
- fix zephyr fd relevant implicit casting
