Remove embedded McpToolsList.json

Browse Source 
Delete the <EmbeddedResource Include="McpToolsList.json" /> entry from WelsonJS.Augmented/WelsonJS.Launcher/WelsonJS.Launcher.csproj so the JSON file is no longer embedded into the assembly as a resource.
