* Enhance security guidelines for identifying vulnerabilities. It includes a tiered-support-list * Update issue templates. Follow [the instructions at GitHub Documentation](https://docs.github.com/en/communities/using-templates-to-encourage-useful-issues-and-pull-requests/configuring-issue-templates-for-your-repository#creating-issue-templates) to recreate issue templates. Apply the new format and add new fields.
